Audio Conferencing Options (Choose One)

Option 1: Computer Audio Conferencing (Recommended)
To use computer audio, you need speakers and microphone, or a headset. Computer audio is provided via Microsoft Office Live Meeting - you will not need to use VoIP software (i.e.: Skype, Vonage, etc.) You will listen to and talk with meeting participants using your computer audio without incurring long distance or telephone toll charges.

·         Start Live Meeting client, and then in Options under Voice & Video menu, click
         Set Up Audio and Video... Follow the prompts to set up your computer audio.

Option 2: Telephone Audio Conferencing
If you choose this option to use your telephone for audio during the meeting,
pick one of the following:

·         Start Live Meeting client, and then in Voice & Video pane under Join Audio options,
         click Call Me. The conferencing service will call you at the number you specify.
